With 13 years of experience in the food industry before 30 and a degree in food service management, Joshua has extensive experience in multiple kitchens and positions. Working from the bottom up, Joshua has accumulated knowledge and know-how in dishwashing, preparing, inventory, ordering, storage, POS implementation, sourcing, costing, pricing, menu design, and kitchen creation. With an additional specialty in smaller electric-focused kitchens, advanced organization, and creating cutting edge seasonally inspired dishes with local ingredients, from scratch when possible.
